1. Remove the Air Cleaner and slide it to the side
2. Relieve belt tensioner by prying in the tensioner hole with a long ratchet extension.
3. Once the tension is removed insert a 6 mm drill bit in the tensioner holder hole.
4. Remove the belt making notes on how the belt is routed!
5. Remove the right front wheel and remove the inner fender and remove the drive belt
6. Reinstall in reverse of 1-5. Crank car and check belt to be sure belt is positioned correctly!

Remove the strut tower brace (4 nuts, 3 bolts) so you can get full swing on the belt tensioner.
Once the belt is installed, and after you re-install the front tire, put the trans in 4th or 5th gear, and rotate the wheel to slowly spin the engine and make sure the belt is properly seated.
